Definitions:
• Will Call
A customer who does not want propane unless they authorize the delivery.
• Keep Full
A customer who is placed on a scheduled route. Wade Sales and Service, Inc, the “Company”, Will deliver gas to “Keep Full” customers when the propane software notes the customer may be below twenty percent (20%).
Recently, we received your request to become a “Will Call” customer. We completely understand that some customers want to dictate when they receive propane. In order to provide you and our other “Keep Full” customers with quality service we would like to make you aware of the following stipulations.
1) All “Will Call” customers are required to provide the “Company” with three business days advance notice for delivery. A good rule of thumb is to always call in at twenty percent (20%).
2) All “Will Call” customers will be subject to an emergency fuel delivery fee of seventy-five dollars ($75) if we do not receive the notice noted in stipulation 1.
3) “Will Call” customers will not be available for our twenty-four (24) hour emergency fuel delivery.
